Wealth managers are fielding a surging number of calls, texts and emails from anxious clients. Sevasti Balafas, CFA, CPWA®, CEO of GoalVest Advisory chatted with Gregg Greenberg for InvestmentNews and shared what she is doing to calm frayed client nerves.
