Terms Defined:

Executive Compensation- a package of offerings to executives of a company for their service and performance​

Incentive stock options (ISO)- the employee’s right to buy shares of company stock at a discounted price with possible added tax breaks on profit​

Non-qualified stock options (NSO)- the employee’s right, within a timeframe, to buy a set number of company stock shares at present price​

Restricted stock units (RSU)- an award of stock shares​
